Thank you for hiring such wonderful people. The gentlemen that helped me move were very nice. All of my belongings were in perfect condition, nothing broken or damaged in any way. That was a big concern for me, because I have a lot of antiques, and things that have been in the family for generations. They took a lot of care in moving my belongings. I wish that I remember their names, so I could thank them personally. Also I want to tell you how wonderful your secretary is. Now a days people quite often become impatient with elderly people, but when your secretary took my reservation, she was so pleasant, even though I tend to go on and on about my grandchildren.

I would like to take this opportunity to complement your stall. A friend suggested that I give your company a call when we were moving into a different office. And let me tell you, when he said that GoldStar van lines is "good and cheap", that was a big understatement. I found your employees to be professional, courteous, and very helpful. The movers were very careful, but none the less completed the move in less time that I expected. And with the great price I was given, we were 30% under what we had budgeted for the move!

3. Goldstar Van Lines -My move story,
I hired GoldStar moving to move my wife! e and I from a single bedroom in Phoenix, AZ to a 2 bedroom in Palo alto, CA After hearing about a lot of horror stories, we were prepared for anything.
Before we actually hired anyone, we called 5 or 6 movers that we heard about with a decent reputation. Those that would not do a inventory list or a on site evaluation.
With an estimate based on that, we discarded. From there we narrowed it down by service and the intangibles (did they sound like they are making up numbers just to get our business?) Based on all that, and the sales person, who arrived on time, and gave us advice as to how to minimize our moving expenses, we hired GoldStar van lines.
When the movers arrived right in the middle of the time window, we were relieved. 3 men arrived, and the foreman spoke with me, he and I went over the arrangements I made with the salesperson, and we agreed as to the time that we are starting the move.
To make a long story short, I have never seen such a bunch of energetic, fast moving movers. They had my entire apartment clear in less than an hour (considering that we'd had 40+ boxes, beds, fragile objects, daybeds, computers, and a very heavy file cabinet).
On the delivery After unpacking all the important boxes (which were also fragile), it turns out nothing was broken, or damaged in any way. The estimate was close to the actual cost, and everything went very smoothly.
I want to tell you how wonderful your sales person Michelle is and to thank you again for a wonderful Job.
